About the role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support our busy operations team. This role is integral to keeping our department running smoothly and ensuring colleagues have the resources and support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations team, including conducting site tours for new starters.
- Maintain and update holiday calendars, ensuring section leaders have accurate and timely access.
- Carry out first aid box checks and manage PPE orders for staff.
- Deliver general administrative support across multiple departments, including HR paperwork, signage, training records, and coordinating associated activities.
- Support the smooth running of a large department with over 200 employees.
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
