Job Title: Audio Visual Technician (Junior)

Salary: 15.55 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00-19:00 shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time
About the Role
We are looking for an AV Junior to join our team at Diageo 1HQ in London. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of high-quality audio-visual services across meeting rooms and event spaces.
You will play a key part in ensuring seamless day-to-day AV operations, supporting hybrid meetings, live streaming, and internal content production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in AV technology who is looking to build their experience in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, test, and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms and event spaces
- Provide real-time support for meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with hybrid meeting technology, including video conferencing platforms
- Troubleshoot AV and technical issues quickly and effectively
- Support live streaming, filming, and photography requirements
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard and ready for use
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Basic experience or a strong interest in AV systems and technology
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
