Role Purpose:- Caf Manager - Flotsam and Jetsam (Clapham)
- Up to 30,000 per year plus service charge
- Weekend working required
We're looking for an inspiring, hands on Caf Manager to lead our bustling, communit focused caf in south west London, Clapham. If you're a proven hospitality leader who's passionate about quality, customer experience and building high performing teams, this is your chance to make a real impact
What You'll Do
- Run daily operations smoothly - stock, deliveries, ordering and compliance
- Lead, mentor and motivate a passionate FOH & BOH team
- Work closely with the Head Chef on weekly performance reviews and improvement plans
- Champion exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere
What You'll Bring
- A track record of running busy, high quality hospitality operations
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and admin abilities
- Experience in staffing, planning, stock control and food safety
