We are currently recruiting for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Team at Edwardian Hotels London. Overview: An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Revenue Manager reporting to the Director of Revenue and Distribution - Rooms Develop and execute cluster-wide rooms revenue strategies aligned with commercial objectives and brand positioning.Deliver daily, weekly and monthly reporting including Forecast, Pace, Pickup, Production and Market Segment performance, highlighting risks and opportunitiesDrive pricing, forecasting, inventory controls and channel mix to maximise RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and total rooms revenuePerform continuous competitive benchmarking, market trend analysis and price positioning reviews using business intelligence toolsCarry out displacement, compression and need-period analysis to support tactical and strategic decisionsPartner closely with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, eCommerce and CRM teams to ensure alignment of revenue and sales strategiesEnsure sales strategies, rate restrictions and tactical actions are clearly communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions changeIdentify new revenue opportunities across all segments and channels and support commercial teams in developing and converting businessAssist in preparing and leading cluster and property revenue strategy meetings, including agendas, presentations and supporting analysisMaintain strong understanding of distribution models, rate code structures and channel connectivityPerform regular rate parity, content accuracy and merchandising checks across all platformsOversee data integrity and quality across key systems including Opera, IDeaS, TravelClick / Amadeus Demand360, EZ RMS and other BI toolsEnsure all revenue-related systems are configured correctly, validated and fully optimised, including auditing PMS, RMS, CRS, GDS, brand websites and third-party channelsPrepare and maintain special events, demand overrides and seasonality adjustments within RMS platformsIdentify, assist and fulfil reporting and analytical needs of Commercial and Finance teamsUndertake projects and research initiatives supporting continuous improvement of revenue performance and processesThink creatively and practically to develop, test and implement new revenue and distribution strategies About You:
  • Proven revenue management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmen
  • Builds strong relationships and effective networks across and outside the business
  • Solid understanding of the hospitality industry with a results-driven, commercial mindset
  • Strong experience using PMS, RMS, BI, CRS, channel management and distribution platforms, including Opera, IDeaS, Delphi, TravelClick / Amadeus Demand360, EZ RMS, CoStar, Lighthouse, OTA extranets or equivalent systems
