About the Role:

We're searching for a dynamic, hands on F&B Supervisor to help lead our restaurants, bars and event spaces. You'll be right at the heart of the action - driving exceptional service, motivating the team and making sure every guest leaves buzzing with a great impression.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily service across all F&B outlets, ensuring every plate and pour meets our standards
  • Support your line manager with performance updates, team leadership and departmental coordination
  • Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
  • Drive high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation
  • Manage stock ordering, rotation and cost control
  • Own staffing and rota support - adjusting labour to match business flow
  • Maintain impeccable cash handling and billing procedures
  • Ensure events, meetings and function spaces are perfectly set and ready to impress
  • Lead pre shift briefings, motivate the team and ensure everyone knows the plan
  • Jump between outlets as needed to keep service smooth, consistent and guest focused
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture where the team can thrive

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Supervisor or Manager in hospitality / restaurant, bar, caf or hotel
  • Confident in people leadership, guest engagement and problem solving
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence
  • Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (or willing to obtain), plus L2 APLH
  • Competent with MS Office, numerate, literate and able to communicate in English at CEFR B2 level
  • Motivational, organised and ready to lead from the front
  • Desirable: knowledge of drinks, stock control, AV set up and Micros systems
