About the Role:
We're searching for a dynamic, hands on F&B Supervisor to help lead our restaurants, bars and event spaces. You'll be right at the heart of the action - driving exceptional service, motivating the team and making sure every guest leaves buzzing with a great impression.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily service across all F&B outlets, ensuring every plate and pour meets our standards
- Support your line manager with performance updates, team leadership and departmental coordination
- Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Drive high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation
- Manage stock ordering, rotation and cost control
- Own staffing and rota support - adjusting labour to match business flow
- Maintain impeccable cash handling and billing procedures
- Ensure events, meetings and function spaces are perfectly set and ready to impress
- Lead pre shift briefings, motivate the team and ensure everyone knows the plan
- Jump between outlets as needed to keep service smooth, consistent and guest focused
- Champion a positive, collaborative culture where the team can thrive
Who You Are:
- Experienced Supervisor or Manager in hospitality / restaurant, bar, caf or hotel
- Confident in people leadership, guest engagement and problem solving
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (or willing to obtain), plus L2 APLH
- Competent with MS Office, numerate, literate and able to communicate in English at CEFR B2 level
- Motivational, organised and ready to lead from the front
- Desirable: knowledge of drinks, stock control, AV set up and Micros systems
