rated Outstanding by Ofsted, accommodates 93 children and features
a longstanding staff team dedicated to achieving outstanding
outcomes for every child. Our nursery has a great local reputation
supported by positive word of mouth and has recently been

located on the A30 into Salisbury, we are situated next door to
Parkwood Gym, making us easily accessible for families. We also

Role Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
- Experience working with children under 5.
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
