Sport Operations Coordinator - Hilversum, Netherlands

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

As a Sports Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and guiding the fitness team (Health Manager & Sport Experience Specialist) regarding Personal Training & Sport Intakes. This position requires a passion for operational excellence, being comfortable in a fast-pace and ever-changing environment, and attention to detail.

About the role

  • Embody sports and vitally and share your passion with athletes/clients. Connect with athletes on a personal level and showcase what the Sports team at Nike is all about. Highlighting learnings from these interactions with the wider team to ensure we’re delivering the best service.
  • Provide guidance for the fitness team by leading from the front. This includes role modelling on floor and being first point of contact for clients to resolve daily questions.
  • Be our operations excellence catalyst! Implement structural changes to ensure the team performs best in class. Proposing and executing small changes within the facilities.
  • Maintaining leave and scheduling requests from the operations team. Ordering team clothing on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate directly with vendors on maintenance & workorders around equipment.
  • Work with internal service teams, like maintenance and cleaning to ensure workorders and quality checks are completed.
