<li>Facilitating contractor works by liaising with different Gatwick stakeholders and Airlines as required for access, works planning, equipment shutdowns and the processing of relevant permits following the GAL processes.</li>

What are we looking for?
The live environment at London Gatwick requires all our teams to have a flexible and adaptable approach, with problem solving skills and an innovative outlook. Involved in projects from inception to completion, you will work alongside multiple stakeholders such as Airfield Operations, Passenger Operations, Baggage Operations and Security. In addition, this role requires:
<ul>
<li>Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>Experience delivering significant Mechanical, Electrical, &amp; Plumbing projects.</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Senior Field Engineer, &nbsp;Senior MEP Construction Manager or Senior MEP Engineer on larger complex infrastructure projects, which have multiple competing stakeholders, and elements of possession working is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Experience leading small teams.</li>
<li>An understanding of the importance of controlling and managing the project close out and handover process (bringing into use).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in challenging and addressing HSE issues associated with construction</li>
<li>Understanding and knowledge of quality management.</li>
<li>Experience of tracking project progress vs programme and flagging issues early for resolution/escalation.</li>
<li>Be able to perform schedule monitoring, including identifying critical activities, milestones and quantity tracking of internal and external activities.</li>
<li>Sound commercial and financial awareness, with knowledge and understanding of the NEC3/4 suite of contracts.</li>
