Main Responsibilities <ul> <li>Conducting NDT (volumetric and surface methods) on pipework, tanks/vessels and structures. Complete inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner</li> <li>Accurately interpreting and documenting test findings in alignment with procedures and industry acceptance standards</li> <li>Reviewing colleagues' reports and interpretation of results</li> <li>Complete and record daily equipment checks</li> <li>Strict adherence to both our internal and site-specific health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) policies</li> <li>Conducting point of work risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment</li> <li>Providing mentorship and training to apprentices</li> <li>Write detailed and concise inspection technique sheet</li> </ul> Experience and Qualifications <ul> <li>Essential: PCN Level 2 or equivalent ISO 9712 certification in Radiography, MPI and DPI</li> <li>Preference for candidates with additional NDT qualifications (PCN ARS, UT, VT)</li> <li>Experience with new build, construction site weld testing</li> <li>Desirable: knowledge of IRR 2017</li> <li>Can-do, problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and a willing ability to work in a team</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li> </ul> Role - Full time, On-Site Rotation - 2 on 2 off This role offers an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity to be an integral part of Bilfinger UK's, growing inspection team on Hinkley Point C, contributing to the future of the UK's Nuclear new build sector.
