PROJECT HSE MANAGER - CONTRACT – NORTH WALES

Our Client, a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore, is currently looking for a Project HSE Manager to work onsite in North Wales.
REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Experience: 3+ years as HSE manager and 10+ years within HSE activities, preferably with IOGP standards</li>
<li>Education: NEBOSH diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Certification: Preferably Tech IOSH or above as well as ISO 45001 Lead Auditor</li>
</ul>
JOB SCOPE
Purpose of the position: As Project HSE Manager you will report to the Client’s QHSE Manager as well as the Project Director. You will manage a team of 12 resources which may increase as the project progresses. You will join our Client’s decommissioning and carbon capture project.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure correct development, management, and improvement of Project HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC) of the project according to the Client, Company, IOGP and ISO HSE guidelines and standards</li>
<li>Act as HSE focal point for the Project and ensure the management of all the HSE issues for the Project</li>
<li>Interface with Clients and administer HSE section of the Contract</li>
<li>Develop and coordinate the HSE team</li>
<li>Provide HSE support and advice to Project Management</li>
<li>Knowledge of CDM regulations and UK Legislation</li>
<li>Interface and support environmental management team</li>
<li>Lead accident / incident investigation</li>
<li>Establish and implement HSE monitoring and audit program</li>
<li>Lead Risk Management process (i.e., HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)</li>
<li>Subcontractor HSE Management</li>
<li>Promote periodical Project HSE Review and ensure proper Project HSE Close out report</li>

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER - CONTRACT – NORTH WALES

Note: Our Client is also seeking Environmental Coordinators with 5–8 years’ experience for the same project. 
EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS

<li>Education: BEng or BSc majoring in environmental or similar</li>
<li>Experience: 3-5 years in offshore and onshore projects</li>
<li>Certification: ISO 140001 Lead Auditor</li>
</ul>
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Conduct environmental inspections and monitor subcontractors activities</li>
<li>Deliver site inductions, training, and promote environmental awareness</li>
<li>Update procedures and oversee implementation of management plans</li>
<li>Ensure accurate reporting and KPI tracking</li>
<li>Investigate incidents and support key personnel on site</li>

REQUIREMENTS

<li>5 to 10 years’ experience on similar role in UK.</li>
<li>Background in mechanical or civil engineering with demolition or construction experience.</li>

JOB SCOPE
Purpose of the position: As Demolition Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on site demolition activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.&nbsp; You will join our Client’s decommissioning and carbon capture project.
