<h3>Description</h3><br>As a HSEQ Advisor, you will be part of a central HSEQ Team with responsibility for one of our regional contracts reporting to the Regional HSEQ Lead.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be responsible for promoting compliance throughout the business and for escalating all issues identified. You will also be responsible for ensuring employees are made aware of issues raised and for promoting document control and system compliance.<br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br><ul>
<li>Ensure that safety and compliance standards are maintained, and any issues are addressed immediately</li>
<li>Complete verification inspections – follow up on closure of findings/non-conformances</li>
<li>Support the accident and incident investigations, and promote good quality reporting and closure</li>
<li>Complete and encourage unsafe acts/conditions and positive intervention reporting</li>
<li>Complete a weekly and monthly report on achievements and issues identified</li>
<li>Communicate and drive an efficient close out of corrective actions raised by the Compliance Department and external auditors</li>
<li>Compile Accident/Incident Stats for the contracts your support and attend client meetings</li>
<li>Work with the wider operational team to maintain strong relationships and improve processes/systems where possible</li>
<li>Drive the correct and safe behaviours out on-site and within the office</li>
<li>Support the contract on training and competency requirements, ensuring that the contracts are achieving the highest standards of training compliance</li>
<li>You will assist the Quality Assurance and Environmental Lead with accreditations and provide support where required, with standards, including but not limited to ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc</li>
<li>Evolve within the business and be willing to learn more about the products / services that we provide.&nbsp;</li>
</ul><br><h3>Experience and Qualifications</h3><br><ul>
<li>H&amp;S qualification e.g. NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Experience of having worked in the Utilities or Construction sectors (desirable)</li>
<li>Full UK Driving Licence</li>

HSEQ Advisor

<h3>Description</h3><br>
<br>As an authorised Jointer, you will be required to work on both low voltage and high voltage networks.<br><br>To apply for this Jointer role, you will need a relevant City &amp; Guilds level 2 qualification (essential), Distribution Network Operator LV and HV jointing authorisations (essential) and an understanding of safety systems and the importance of risk assessments.<br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br>We will be providing services across all distribution assets, including:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>overhead lines</li>
<li>underground cabling</li>
<li>substations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV networks</li>
