<h3>Description</h3><br>As a HSEQ Advisor, you will be part of a central HSEQ Team with responsibility for one of our regional contracts reporting to the Regional HSEQ Lead.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will be responsible for promoting compliance throughout the business and for escalating all issues identified. You will also be responsible for ensuring employees are made aware of issues raised and for promoting document control and system compliance.<br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br><ul>
<li>Ensure that safety and compliance standards are maintained, and any issues are addressed immediately</li>
<li>Complete verification inspections – follow up on closure of findings/non-conformances</li>
<li>Support the accident and incident investigations, and promote good quality reporting and closure</li>
<li>Complete and encourage unsafe acts/conditions and positive intervention reporting</li>
<li>Complete a weekly and monthly report on achievements and issues identified</li>
<li>Communicate and drive an efficient close out of corrective actions raised by the Compliance Department and external auditors</li>
<li>Compile Accident/Incident Stats for the contracts your support and attend client meetings</li>
<li>Work with the wider operational team to maintain strong relationships and improve processes/systems where possible</li>
<li>Drive the correct and safe behaviours out on-site and within the office</li>
<li>Support the contract on training and competency requirements, ensuring that the contracts are achieving the highest standards of training compliance</li>
<li>You will assist the Quality Assurance and Environmental Lead with accreditations and provide support where required, with standards, including but not limited to ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc</li>
<li>Evolve within the business and be willing to learn more about the products / services that we provide.&nbsp;</li>

<li>H&amp;S qualification e.g. NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Experience of having worked in the Utilities or Construction sectors (desirable)</li>

HSEQ Advisor

<h3>Description</h3><br>As part of our Emergency Response Team, you’ll be the first on the scene at customers’ homes, which makes you the face of our brand for people who are worried about potential gas escapes or carbon monoxide activated alarms.<br><br>
<br><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><br>Sometimes you’ll be dealing with the emergency services on behalf of our customers, making you part of a team that’s responsible for protecting people’s lives. They could be vulnerable, elderly, or simply looking for help, and it’s that level of empathy, plus the pride you’ll feel from caring for people and keeping them safe in their homes that could make you a Cadent person.<br><br>
It’s a role where no two days are the same, so from installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters for our home and business customers, to high rise and gas safety regulation surveys, to fitting cooker safety valves, when we say it’s a varied role, we mean it.<br><h3>Experience and Qualifications</h3><br>We’re looking for excellent communication skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure. You must have either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification to apply. A MET1 qualification would be beneficial but is not essential. As well as experience working within a gas environment, including good knowledge of gas appliances; testing, purging and the commissioning of pipework.<br><br>
An understanding of Standards, Legislation, Codes of Practice and Health and Safety is also important, and you’ll need a full UK driving licence too. Lead Gas Engineer

<h3>Description</h3><br>
<br>As an authorised Jointer, you will be required to work on both low voltage and high voltage networks.<br><br>To apply for this Jointer role, you will need a relevant City &amp; Guilds level 2 qualification (essential), Distribution Network Operator LV and HV jointing authorisations (essential) and an understanding of safety systems and the importance of risk assessments.<br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br>We will be providing services across all distribution assets, including:&nbsp;<ul>
