In addition to the £25,652 salary, there are also benefits on tap – including...Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.&nbsp; &nbsp;We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!&nbsp;As a Sales Advisor based in our Stafford branch you’ll be responsible for:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations</li><li>Responding to customer enquiries via phone &amp; email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude</li><li>Working within the warehouse maintaining excellent Health &amp; Safety standards (This will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets) Loading and unloading the van</li><li>Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location</li><li>Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Delivering goods in our 7.5T van, making multiple deliveries to the surrounding area.</li></ul>This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.And here’s what we’d like you to have:<ul><li>Experience in the Plumbing &amp; Heating Industry is ideal</li><li>A full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential</li><li>Prior customer service and sales experience with the ability to engage with the customer to deliver outstanding service</li><li>To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch</li><li>Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic</li><li>Strong computer skills</li></ul>We look forward to receiving your application!
