As a Sales Advisor based in our Cambridge Clifton Road branch you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers at the trade counter with product advice tailored to their needs.
Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries
Helping in the warehouse when needed with general warehouse duties.
Proactively seeking opportunities to grow sales with both new and existing customers.
In this role you will be working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday with Saturday work once fully trained up, paid a overtime.

Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch in this varied role.
Customer service or sales experience would be ideal
Experience in plumbing, heating or trade/merchant environment is a desirable – but not essential
Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
