As a Sports Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager and guiding the fitness team (Health Manager &amp; Sport Experience Specialist) regarding Personal Training &amp; Sport Intakes. About the role

<ul>
	<li>Embody sports and vitally and share your passion with athletes/clients. Connect with athletes on a personal level and showcase what the Sports team at Nike is all about. Highlighting learnings from these interactions with the wider team to ensure we’re delivering the best service.</li>
	<li>Provide guidance for the fitness team by leading from the front. This includes role modelling on floor and being first point of contact for clients to resolve daily questions.</li>
	<li>Be our operations excellence catalyst! Implement structural changes to ensure the team performs best in class. Proposing and executing small changes within the facilities.</li>
	<li>Maintaining leave and scheduling requests from the operations team. Ordering team clothing on a quarterly basis.</li>
	<li>Collaborate directly with vendors on maintenance &amp; workorders around equipment.</li>
	<li>Work with internal service teams, like maintenance and cleaning to ensure workorders and quality checks are completed.</li>

What's the role?
It is imperative for safe operations at Gatwick Airport that the engineering infrastructure is optimally designed, constructed, operated and maintained.
The Principal Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Gatwick's Engineering Asset Replacement Plan. In conjunction with discipline specific SMEs, they will provide professional competence, technical expertise and leadership on a variety of discipline Engineering matters. The role also requires skills in Project Management to support the integration of assets into business as usual.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Provide technical guidance and expertise to all GAL departments in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of the technical briefing process, translating client needs into appropriate technical design requirements.</li>
<li>Balance the different business needs to achieve a successful design outcome, including commercial, operational, and technical aspects.</li>
<li>Sign-off all designs via the design review and Design Council process.</li>
<li>Operate as the Responsible Engineer for any activities regarding Engineering systems and Permits to Work.</li>
<li>Balance the need to design fit for purpose infrastructure assets whilst maximising the best whole life cycle benefits.</li>
<li>Deliver small projects from initiation through to benefits realisation.</li>
<li>Ensure close coordination with delivery teams to ensure successful design outcomes are being realised and asset information is handed over to operational teams.</li>

Do you have what we're looking for?

<li>Experience in the successful planning, delivery and implementation of major capital projects.</li>
<li>The individual must be able to understand and work with technical professionals, design consultants, regulating bodies and on-site contractors as appropriate.</li>
<li>Experience of providing information required to implement large scale operational maintenance regimes and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of current specific Statutory Regulations, British Standards, emerging technologies/processes, and industry best practice.</li>
<li>Experience in managing stakeholder aspirations and balancing technical requirements and financial constraints.</li>
<li>Experience operating as the ‘Responsible Engineer' for specific policy and standard approvals, concessions and process controls.</li>
<li>Proven experience of operating in a multi disciplined environment balancing technical, commercial, and operational needs.</li>
<li>Adept at communicating at all levels and across different teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficient understanding of Health, Safety &amp; Environmental considerations associated with construction and operational environments, including CDM.</li>

What's the role?
It is imperative for safe operations at Gatwick Airport that the engineering infrastructure is optimally designed, constructed, operated and maintained.
The Principal Integration Engineer will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of Gatwick's Engineering Asset Replacement Plan. In conjunction with discipline specific SMEs, they will provide professional competence, technical expertise and leadership on a variety of discipline Engineering matters. The role also requires skills in Project Management to support the integration of assets into business as usual.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Provide technical guidance and expertise to all GAL departments in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of the technical briefing process, translating client needs into appropriate technical design requirements.</li>
<li>Balance the different business needs to achieve a successful design outcome, including commercial, operational, and technical aspects.</li>
<li>Sign-off all designs via the design review and Design Council process.</li>
<li>Operate as the Responsible Engineer for any activities regarding Engineering systems and Permits to Work.</li>
<li>Balance the need to design fit for purpose infrastructure assets whilst maximising the best whole life cycle benefits.</li>
<li>Deliver small projects from initiation through to benefits realisation.</li>
<li>Ensure close coordination with delivery teams to ensure successful design outcomes are being realised and asset information is handed over to operational teams.</li>
</ul>
Do you have what we're looking for?
<ul>
<li>Experience in the successful planning, delivery and implementation of major capital projects, where sustainability is a key driver.</li>
<li>The individual must be able to understand and work with technical professionals, design consultants, regulating bodies and on-site contractors as appropriate.</li>
<li>Experience of providing information required to implement large scale operational maintenance regimes and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of current specific Statutory Regulations, British Standards, emerging technologies/processes, and industry best practice.</li>
<li>Experience in managing stakeholder aspirations and balancing technical requirements and financial constraints.</li>
<li>Experience operating as the ‘Responsible Engineer' for specific policy and standard approvals, concessions and process controls.</li>
<li>Proven experience of operating in a multi disciplined environment balancing technical, commercial, and operational needs.</li>
<li>Adept at communicating at all levels and across different teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficient understanding of Health, Safety &amp; Environmental considerations associated with construction and operational environments, including CDM.</li>
<li>Experience in asset management/asset integration, project management and consideration of whole life cycle costing.</li>
