Certification Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Aeronautical Engineer to join an exciting project within the aviation sector, supporting certification and airworthiness activities in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate qualification plans and certification reports
• Plan and execute certification activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Perform and oversee static testing
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation
• Support design teams to ensure full airworthiness compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Attend training and apply knowledge to ongoing projects
• Participate in customer meetings and occasional travel

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar
• Experience in design, stress analysis, and certification
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 21 regulations
• Good understanding of certification processes and airworthiness requirements
• Team player with a flexible and proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
