Locations: Multiple opportunities in Cambridge, IP12, IP13, IP15, IP16, IP17, IP18, IP19, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Perform routine service checks and respond to breakdowns promptly to ensure minimum disruption to services.</li> <li>Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.</li> <li>Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to optimise repair processes.</li> <li>Implement preventative measures to avoid future breakdowns and enhance system reliability.</li> <li>Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used, ensuring transparency and traceability.</li> <li>Participate in an on-call rota to provide support during off-peak hours where required.</li> </ul> Minimum Essential Criteria <ul> <li>Proven track record in a service or maintenance engineering role, particularly responding to breakdown scenarios.</li> <li>Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li> <li>Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li> <li>Recognised engineering qualification, such as HNC/HND or equivalent.</li> <li>A full UK driving licence is required.</li> </ul> Skills and Aptitudes <ul> <li>Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.</li> <li>Strong technical acumen with experience using a variety of diagnostic tools and software.</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders and customers</li> </ul> To see our benefit package, please CLICK HERE At Flagship, we are committed to investing in your development.
