<li>Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders, being able to deliver information at all levels and influence decision making</li>
<li>Electronic Hardware engineering background with a relevant qualification or experience</li>
<li>Ideally experience with Avionic Systems, Mission Systems, Safety Critical Control Systems, or Realtime Embedded/Display Systems, adds valuable insight to our teams</li>

The Hardware Engineering team:
You will provide functional support to our Engineering Teams within Electronics Hardware Engineering, having a vital role in continuous improvement, enhancing processes, inspiring teams and driving efficiency in one of the world’s leading defence, security and aerospace companies. You will play a key part in managing Electronics Hardware teams enabling the development and supply of products across a diverse mix of commercial and military platforms; Head Up and Head Worn Displays, Safety Critical Pilot Control and Flight Control Systems. What you’ll be doing:

<li>Working closely with other engineering disciplines and functions, supplier and customer areas, fostering a team-working and collaborative product development environment</li>

<li>Proficiency in a CAD system, typically CATIA V5 or equivalent toolset, with experience in a PLM system</li>
<li>Awareness of product lifecycle requirements and the importance of governance to product integrity</li>

<li>Experience of working in a multidisciplinary integrated product development environment, influencing adjacent disciplines</li>
