Senior Authorised Person

<h3>Description</h3><br>As a HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be based at our yard in Nanpean ( St Austell ), you will be expected to achieve high outputs supporting the excavation and re-instatement teams whilst maintaining high levels of Health and Safety standards.<br><br>
Working with a mate you will carry out various back fill and muck away activities working to HAUC and client specifications you will be an important part of the team delivering to a high standard with a ‘can do attitude’ and you will also be expected to undertake weekly overtime and weekend working as and when required.<br><br>
<br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br><ul>
<li>You will drive and operate a HGV</li>
<li>You will load excavated waste and deliver materials i.e. ducts, Backfill materials in accordance with the NRSWA</li>
<li>You will back fill with sand and stone of all trenches</li>
<li>You will undertake out of hours standby support duties when required</li>
</ul><br><br><h3>Experience and Qualifications</h3><br><ul>
<li>HIAB ticket will be needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Machine operating would be a bonus</li>
<li>Must have good knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment</li>

HGV Driver

<h3>Description</h3><br>
<br>As an authorised Jointer, you will be required to work on both low voltage and high voltage networks.<br><br>To apply for this Jointer role, you will need a relevant City &amp; Guilds level 2 qualification (essential), Distribution Network Operator LV and HV jointing authorisations (essential) and an understanding of safety systems and the importance of risk assessments.<br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br>We will be providing services across all distribution assets, including:&nbsp;<ul>

Cable Jointer

<h3>Description</h3><br>
<strong>Our Role<br></strong><br>
We are looking for experienced Overhead Line Chargehands to join our teams working on our UKPN contract. The Chargehand Linesperson will be the responsible party for leading teams of 2- or 3-person teams in the erection of poles, changing transformers and carry out any other overhead line work that may be required.<br><br>
We have secured a 5 year contract with UK Power Networks, providing support across their ED2 Distribution Network Programme. We will be providing services across all distribution assets, including overhead lines, underground cabling and substations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV networks. From the 1st April 2023, our teams will be working across the southwest Chilterns, Borehamwood and the Bedford/Cambridge area.<br><br>
<br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br>We are looking for someone to:<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Carrying out all work in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of UK Power Networks.</li>
<li>Install, build and refurbish overhead lines up to 33kV.</li>
<li>Conform to all instructions stated in method statements and risk assessments.</li>
<li>Liaise with Site Supervisors regarding and specific site issues.</li>
