You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the Witherslack Group team in different locations to enable you to progress and develop your skills and knowledge. &nbsp;</p><p>As a Designated Safeguarding Lead you will take responsibility for safeguarding within the school, this means that on a daily basis you will be liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents/carers and staff on matters of wellbeing , child protection and safeguarding and will be a great source of support, advice and expertise in the team.</p><h2>One of the best environments in SEND</h2><p>Luxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5 – 19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.&nbsp; There is a large sports hall with changing facilities (the site was formally a Premier League football club’s training ground), a bespoke 6th form suite plus a number of other smaller individual spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support. Designated Safeguarding Lead

<strong>Our Role<br></strong><br>
We are looking for experienced Overhead Line Chargehands to join our teams working on our UKPN contract. The Chargehand Linesperson will be the responsible party for leading teams of 2- or 3-person teams in the erection of poles, changing transformers and carry out any other overhead line work that may be required.<br><br>
We have secured a 5 year contract with UK Power Networks, providing support across their ED2 Distribution Network Programme. We will be providing services across all distribution assets, including overhead lines, underground cabling and substations on LV, 11kV, and 33kV networks. From the 1st April 2023, our teams will be working across the southwest Chilterns, Borehamwood and the Bedford/Cambridge area.<br><br>
<br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><br>We are looking for someone to:<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Carrying out all work in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of UK Power Networks.</li>
<li>Install, build and refurbish overhead lines up to 33kV.</li>
<li>Conform to all instructions stated in method statements and risk assessments.</li>
<li>Liaise with Site Supervisors regarding and specific site issues.</li>

<li>Experience of working on an Overhead Lines electrical networks</li>
