The Build Integration – External Communications team:
This team oversee installation and test of the Combat System on the build boats. This role is specifically External Communication – working with the operations department to install kit, bringing subcontractors in and other specialists to undertake installation or test activity throughout the lifecycle of the build up to exit.
You will have the opportunity to operate the kit and work closely with ship staff on the boat, this will help them through a range of training and handover of the system once the kit has been matured.

This is a central function made up of SME’s ranging from Chemical engineers, Explosives specialists, process safety engineers and Human factors to name some. The Systems of Work Enablement (CI) Team
Join us as a Continuous Improvement Manager in Supply Chain and take the lead in driving impactful change. You will guide cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, implement process enhancements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the function.
